We had the honor of sitting down with Cecilia Cossio, President at Marquis, for an in-depth conversation about her impressive career in asset and property management. Cecilia managed over 6,000 doors in her career and currently serving as CEO of Marquis Asset Management, where she oversees 100 employees and manages over 3,000 doors. 

Philosophy and Career Values:
She attributed her success to hard work and a solution-based approach, emphasizing her determination to succeed despite obstacles, including the challenge of obtaining a degree at the age of 40. #educationisfreeom

Cecilia offered advice to younger Latinas and minorities interested in asset management, encouraging them to remain consistent, find solutions to problems, and network effectively.
